-All experiences require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid any fees.
- Participants should arrive 15mins prior to scheduled experience time.
-All experiences will include a safety briefing, for which attendance is mandatory.
- Participants who do not arrive on time forfeit the activity and will be charged accordingly.
-Swimming costumes and hijab are not provided. We advise guests to bring their own.
- Participants are not permitted to wear any type of makeup, cream, oils, sunscreen or any other skin/hair product within the Grand Reveal.
-Jewellery must be removed prior to entering the Grand Reveal and we advise to leave all valuables in the safe within their accommodation.
-Showers and lockers will be provided to each guest for convenience after their experience.
- Participants must be comfortable in water too deep to stand, and be comfortable to breathe through the mouth while having the nose covered.
-Children 6 years old and above must be able to fit the children's snorkelling equipment to join the snorkelling.
-Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
-The activity may be terminated at any time in case of inappropriate behaviour while snorkelling. Refunds will not be accommodated for misbehavior.
-Guests with phobias of fish, confined spaces, or open spaces, are not advised to participate.
-All activities are group activities and will have guests joining from other resorts, nations, religions, etc.
-Participants must not touch the acrylic, coral formations, or participants outside of their party, at any time.
-A maximum of 4 participants will be allowed in each activity, without exception.
-All participants are advised that they may experience close encounters with marine life and should be respectful and mindful of their actions.
-Participants must advise the team of any physical or mental health conditions prior to confirming the experiences.
-Participants must not eat heavy meals directly before the experience. All meals should be thoroughly digested prior to entering the Grand Reveal.
-Participants should arrive hydrated and in good health.
-All local and state laws must be adhered to while within the premises.
-All participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to joining any activity. This will include acceptance to medical assistance in the event of an emergency where the participant may be unable to advise acceptance at that time
